MooPig's Insider Peek at CHIK Flik: "2009 Star Trek" movie set.... Cast and Cli'vage

[Challenge: some nudity and cleavage in this review]
"Hi, I'm Chief Mistress Admirable Lt. Sargent Uhura, Cli'vage Receptionist on Deck setting the trend for generations to follow."

"There's going to be lots of surprises on this Movie Set. Some of the new appointments and fixtures are shown below. This movie is for me and the notoriety I never received! Cheap ass Roddenbury!"

"We're going to show more cleavage per inch of film than ever thought possible. We're going to have a Cameo appearance by President Obama in the new Captain's Urinal. [A spoiler: Barack meets Worf and it gets ugly; a pissing match]."

"We will introduce the "Bea Arthur Coffee Clutch and Avon Room" breakroom with a view, with Whoopi who is going to bring her pets. It will be everything the View wishes it could be."

"Believe you me, you're going to love me as Zoe Saldana... long, sleek, fine."

Only Worf and the President will be live performers, the rest of the men, including Geordi LaForge, will be actually done by Henson studio as hand puppets strictly for the pleasure of us -- the women of Star Trek."

"Besides without us there wouldn't be any men around to be in this Pre-quel to the Sequel of pre-quel el el el..."

PHOTO: Though shown, Bea Arthur is not in this one.

Star TrekStar Trek’s New Uhura and New Urinal? Posted by Sam on Thursday, 30 Aug 2007

TrekMovie.com is reporting that they have heard from sources close to the production of the new J.J. Abrams Star Trek movie that actress ZoĆ« Saldana (”Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl”) has been offered the part of Uhura - the USS Enterprise’s communications officer originally played for 40+ years by Nichelle Nichols. Nichols reprised her role of Uhura in the upcoming and highly anticipated Tim Russ online independent Trek feature “Of Gods and Men.”

Saldana is currently starring in James Cameron’s mega-film “Avatar,” and a scheduling conflict could nix the Trek deal unless something can be arranged.

That now makes three casting choices for the new film: Zachary Quinto as Spock, Anton Yelchin in the role of Pavel Chekov and now Saldana, if it pans out, to be Uhura. Still, the big unanswered question - Who will be Kirk?

Kirk, are you up for it?
